We have a small dairy farm in south Burke County with majority of Brown Swiss cows. Our milk is bottled in our new processing plant, opened in Jan 2010. We use low vat temp to pasteurize our milk, is non-homogenized, free of antibiotics and hormones. We also have source verified beef-farm born and raised beef for sale. Our animals are grass-fed and our herd has been certified TB-Brucellosis free for over 20 years.
